Raffle Ticket Fundraiser

Raffle Ticket Fundraiser
Each Child is required to sell 10 raffle tickets, cost of $5 each.
1st Prize Salvatore’s Grand Hotel Jacuzzi Suit package, include 1 night stay, Dinner for 2 at Russell’s from the dinning for 2 menu and breakfast buffet for 2
2nd prize $100
3rd prize $75
4th prize $50
5th prize $25
Please make sure ticket stubs are filled out completely.
Drawing will be held on September 21st during our board meeting
Please use the self-addressed envelope provided and mail the bottom stub of the raffle tickets and checks or money orders (payable to Airlanes Jr. Football) Airlanes Jr Football P.O. Box 373 West Seneca, NY 14224

Tickets may be handed into your coach the first week of practice.
All raffle ticket stubs and money is due by August 15th
Football players will not receive jersey & cheerleaders will not receive uniform until raffle tickets are turned in

Lottery Fundraiser

Lottery Calendar Fundraiser
Each Child is required to sell 6 lottery calendars, cost of $10 each.
Please make sure calendars are filled out completely. Each Child’s name is to be listed as the seller.
Each person purchasing a calendar must pick their individual personalized 3-digit number and write it on the calendar.
Winning numbers are decided by using the NYS evening lottery numbers.
Checks for winners will be mailed out bi-weekly. Please be aware it could take 3 weeks to receive a winning check.

All calendar stubs and money is due by August 15th, 2017

Fundraising Opt-Out Fee and Info

OPT-Out Non Fundraising Fee $50.00
If you do not participate in the Lottery Calendar/Raffle Ticket Fundraiser  then you agree to pay the $50.00 non-fundraising fee.
You can pay during online registration the $50 fee or you can
